REMINDER: Service Requests

Please be sure you are using the proper channels for service requests. The proper channel is not calling down the street or waving people down, I certainly understand you want to get the problem fixed but this act is slightly inefficient for everyone involved. And please remember, if you are out of warranty, there is a $40 an hour (minimum to bill is one hour) per service call.

The proper channel is coming in to the office (not interrupting, but patiently waiting, please) and have either myself or Debbie fill out a work order for you.

Non-Emergencies will be handled within 30 days.

Please be prepared to give as much information as possible.
