“Family and Friends CPR”

Coming to our clubhouse on February 10th is John Pinger, Kent County Paramedic and registered nurse. John will be presenting “Family and Friends CPR” a non-certification training program. The program will begin at 7:00 pm and will take approximately two and a half hours. John will answer questions as he progresses through the program. There will be a $5 fee to cover materials and hand-outs. The fee will be collected at the door. In order for John to provide materials and bring enough demonstration material you must sign up at the clubhouse by Feb. 3rd to attend. John is the son-in-law of resident MaryLou Webber. You are all invited to a Super Bowl 44 Party at the clubhouse on Feb.7th 2010 commencing at about 6:00 PM. Kick off is expected between 6:15 and 6:30.
Please bring your own alcoholic beverages although the party committee will supply soft drinks and bottled water.

We will hold a drawing where you guess the total points for halftime and the end of the game. Ties are broken by picking which team has the most points at the half and end of game and if that doesn't break the tie then picking the points scored by the leader at the half and end of the game.

By your vote, we can serve up some pretzels, chips and bring some hors douvres or whatever. Call Don Sienkiewicz at 335-8184 with any ideas you may have.

A sign-up sheet will be available in the clubhouse wherein you can jot down your name and what snacks you can bring, if that is your pleasure.

Please Clean Up After Your Dog

A few complaints have been made about residents not picking up their dog's 'leftovers' around the pond area and other spots. Please be courteous to your neighbors, and the community, and pick up after your dogs.

You bring the wine, your choice of course. You may want to share with us about why this is your favorite wine or champagne. For those of you that do not drink wine, bring your favorite substitute. Our party committee will supply the cheese and crackers.

There is a sign-up sheet at the clubhouse. If this is not convenient, please contact Mary Jane at 335-8184 to advise if you will be attending. You do not want to miss our first wine tasting event.
