The Physical and Psychological Benefits of Walking

In a recent study done by a Southern California University professor a correlation between the number of steps a person takes throughout the day and the overall mood and energy level that person will have. Many people start walking daily as a  form of exercise to help their bodies become healthier, but as a bonus people are gaining a higher self-esteem and overall happiness. So if you're feeling down, or wouldn't mind feeling a little better, put on your comfy shoes and go for a little stroll!
