Southern Meadow and Yoga

The Benefits of Flexing
Through yoga you'll experience an improved ability to flex. Not on the first day, but day by day as you keep pushing yourself to stretch a little further you'll notice a gradual loosening and eventually the impossible will become possible. Tight muscles can lead to strain on your bones and cause knee pain, back pain, and poor posture and overall body pains. The more that you stretch the more chances you'll have of lessening these pains.
