Daylight Saving Time

Mark your calendars everyone, March 9th is daylight saving time! We're losing an hour of sleep, so if you have to be somewhere the next day make sure you get a little extra sleep. Some of you may wonder why exactly we have to disrupt our schedules every year for this time change. One reason is to conserve energy, but probably the most influential reason is that we gain an extra hour of sunlight in our day, which can greatly effect mood! So, although we're losing a little sleep now, with the extra  daylight we'll be having soon we'll start to feel much less tired throughout the day.
